Happy Trails Children Centre is conveniently located in the Fleetwood/Guildford region of Surrey, British Columbia. We are a short drive from Hwy 1 via 160 St. and 176 St. Our daycare's mission is to provide child care that meets the needs of each child and family in a safe, educational and inclusive environment. We believe that "play is the work of childhood" and our job as educators is to facilitate this play and set the foundation for life-long learning.
Structure
Each day leads with structure so children feel a sense of familiarity and security. Our goal is to have the child feel comfortable enough to play and learn by offering them attention and a caring environment. We strive to teach age appropriate skills such as fine motor, listening, sharing, and speech along with encouraging play.
Independence
Though the base of our program is structured, we encourage children to use their curiosity and imagination . A child's play can lead to incredible depths of learning and developing new skills. Our program includes reading/story-time, art, building and daily outdoor time in our large enclosed play space.
With over 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages, you can be confident that your child is in the best care.
